Great atmosphere Great service but what a weak Ruben. Weak on meat and cheese. Sandwich was pressed down to an inch thick like a panini. I’m use to a Ruben with 3 to 4 inches of meat and cheese with sauerkraut and Russian dressing grilled in butter on beautifully rye bread. The Sandwich weigh maybe 6 Oz if that. SMH never again. Sorry I tell it like it is. Maybe they got my order mixed up. IDK

I eat here once a week and I can say I look forward to it every time. The owner is a down to earth leader who cares about his customers experience more than anything. The people who work there always take orders in a great mood and make sure we have the freshest food. I recommend this place to everyone! -MV

I’ll flat out mention. I am not a big sandwich guy. When I do crave a sandwich I prefer an authentic deli, such as this one. I also like to choose something from the menu that I may never usually order just to try it out. A little risky but life‘s too short to pick the same things all the time. In this case I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich that was on the special of the day. It was good not great. The reason I left a four star instead of a five star. Maybe it’s just that it’s not my thing. Or that I wasn’t very impressed with the rye bread. Nonetheless the overall experience at Stecks never disappoints. The staff are always friendly, helpful and care about serving quality food and providing a quality experience. And for that, I always return and recommend this location.

Variety of products from food to snack items drinks and candy is amazing as is the bacon egg and cheese I tried on the kaiser roll w/s.p.k., was a great sandwich. Customer service is the way it should be. Keep up the fine work. We The People Thank you.

One of the best delis in the Somerville area, probably one of the last great ones. There’s sandwiches and salads are to die for they have a lot of European candies chocolates, etc. The owner, Keith, it’s very polite and attentive to his clientele. I rather spend my money here any other big sandwich shop chain. Yes, it cost a little more but it’s so worth it.

Used to be a solid go to place for a well-packed Boarshead sandwich, but now its just thin, overpriced, and disappointing. These are the result of two $8 sandwiches... literally 2 slices per side. Don't bother to be open if this is the garbage you are gonna sell.

This place is hit or miss. I come here every few weeks and every time my sandwich is made different even though I get the same thing every time. And funny enough the same sandwich is price differently depending on who rigs you up. It’s very strange.
